Reading Like a Writer
Who is James Audubon? Did he really have a young assistant? What is fact and what is fiction? These are the questions that come up when reading our new read aloud - A Nest for Celeste: A story about art, inspiration, and the meaning of home. If you have time as a family make the book come to life by visiting the Audubon Society in Falmouth. Have your child look for resources about Audubon and birding.
